These terms apply to purchases from www.gpsenginespares.com, operated by GPS Engine Spares.

Independent supplier: GPS Engine Spares is an independent supplier of new, used and reconditioned diesel engine parts. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Cummins or any other engine manufacturer. Brand names and part numbers are used only to identify compatibility; all trademarks belong to their owners.

Product information: Each listing states the part's condition (new, new other, used, reconditioned or remanufactured). Photos show the actual item or a representative item. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment for their engine; we are happy to check this if you send your engine serial number.

Prices and payment: Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Export: We do not sell to India, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria, or to any party restricted under applicable export rules. The buyer is responsible for complying with import rules in their country.

Returns and warranty: See our Return and Refund Policy. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the part; we are not liable for labour, downtime or consequential losses.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Delhi having jurisdiction.
