Shipping policy

We are an export supplier based in Delhi, India and ship worldwide by tracked air courier. Heavy or bulky items can be sent by air or sea freight - request a quote.

Shipping cost: Each product has its own shipping charge, shown at checkout, the same as on our eBay store.

Import duties and taxes: Unless a product says duties are included (DDP), import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Where we ship: We ship to most countries. We do not sell or ship to India, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea or Syria.

Tracking: We email you the tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please give a full address and a working phone number so the courier can reach you.
