Refund policy

Return window: You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at sales@gpsenginespares.com with your order number so we can give you return instructions.

Condition: Items must be returned unused and uninstalled, in the condition and packaging they were received in. Parts that have been fitted, run, modified or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

Return shipping: The buyer pays return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item we will refund the purchase price (or send a replacement, if you prefer) to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and any import duties are not refundable unless the error was ours.

Wrong part ordered: Engine parts vary by engine serial number (ESN) and CPL. Please send us your ESN or old part number before ordering and we will confirm fitment.
